Pedro has worked in the audio visual and lighting industry for over 30 years. While serving the United States Air Force in Oklahoma, he furthered his education in sound through audio recording program at a local college. After moving back to Texas, he became the audio-visual director at a Christian college in Dallas (Christ For The Nations Institute). Besides overseeing and maintaining all of the audio, video and theatrical lighting systems campus wide, he ran the audio console for most major events, trained team members, and created a training course for student volunteers in his department.

In 2004 Pedro started what has now become Evolve Audio Visual, LLC. He has led his team successfully completing projects both in the house of worship market and in corporate America.

He is a member of the National Systems Contractors Association, the Audio Engineering Society and holds several manufacturer’s certifications.

Jacob, has over 10 years of leading projects of all sizes. His hard work, dedication and leadership skills have given him the experience and training to make him a vital to growth of our organization. He has education in Radio, Television, and Film as well training and certifications from many of the equipment manufactures in the industry. He continues to prove his value on every installation.

Jacob has recorded and produced for several local artists in studio and on stage.
